Chris Dreger from viola and his team are cooking up an exclusive 4-course menu including an aperitif, all served pop-up style at the cozy and unique PAREA Leipzig venue in the historic Pittlerwerke. In a relaxed atmosphere and with excellent drinks, you’ll get a taste of their creative plant-based dining concept.

A truly special dinner experience awaits – featuring a 4-course menu with aperitif and amuse-bouche, showcasing the aromatic diversity of plant-based cuisine with Asian influences. Seasonal ingredients and unique preparation methods take center stage. We’ll be dining at long tables and, weather permitting, out on the terrace.

You’ll also have the chance to enjoy a curated wine pairing, craft beers, creative cocktails, and selected bottled wines à la carte. We’ll kick things off at 6:30 PM with an aperitif in the bistro!
