WUEST Leipzig - fine dining, but different. From Thursday to Saturday we serve modern cuisine in an industrial atmosphere. On Thursdays there is a 3-course menu at 18:30, on Fridays and Saturdays you can expect 5 courses in two seatings at 18:00 and 20:00. Head chefs Frederic Steinhagen and Lin Grießbach focus on local, seasonal ingredients and bring creative dishes to the plate with passion. Matching wines are available as well as non-alcoholic pairings.
