WUEST Leipzig - fine dining, but different. From Thursday to Saturday we serve modern cuisine in an industrial atmosphere. On Thursdays there is a 3-course menu at 18:30, on Friday you can expect 5 courses in two seatings at 18:00 and 20:00 and on Saturdays we offer 5 courses too in one seating at 18:30. Head chefs Frederic Steinhagen and Lin Griesbach focus on local, seasonal ingredients and bring creative dishes to the plate with passion. Matching wines are available as well as non-alcoholic pairings.

Round two begins: our four-course breakfast. Just as you know it — only in the morning. Multiple small plates: warm & cold, sweet & savory. We start at 10:00 am and can’t wait to welcome you. Reservations are available for 10:00 am // 10:45 am // 11:00 am, and you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.
